Myn Emeraldwing

Age: 18

He/Him

Myn is one of two children of the Emeraldwing family. Born in the Kingdom of Samaria after The Great War, Myn has enjoyed the privilege of a peaceful life. Growing up in the only Sakura tree in Samaria, Myn has become a talented chef for his family's restaurant 'Sakura'.

Despite his happy life, Myn has dreams of becoming a Knight of Samaria like his childhood idol Pujii Percifer and his older sister Kee'Ra. He has vowed to do whatever it takes to fight alongside them. Whether or not he has what it takes remains to be seen.

Kee'Ra Emeraldwing

Age: 20

She/Her

Kee'Ra is Myn's older and overprotective sister. Found abandoned on the battlefield during The Great War as an infant by Pujii, her parents were assumed lost during the war. Believing he was incapable of raising her, Pujii handed her off to Avo and Lily Emeraldwing to raise as their own

Growing up, Kee'Ra came to look foward to Pujii's nightly visits where he would entertain her and her baby brother with stories of his valour. Kee'Ra came to view him as an uncle and a personal hero, inspiring her to become a Knight of Samaria, a goal she recently achieved. Now she serves alongside Pujii protecting the realm from danger.

This includes her brother Myn, who she views as being too delicate to be a proper knight. Out of love she will do and say whatever she has to dissuade him.

Pujii Percifer

Age: 34

He/Him

According to the stories he has told the youth of Samaria, he is the hero who is singlehandedly responsible for winning The Great War. Young, handsome and dashing Pujii has been an inspiration for the children of the Kingdom of Samaria and has proven instrumental in moulding the Kingdom into what it is today. While something of a braggart, he is a true war hero and backs his words up with raw skill and talent for combat.

Pujii has a particular soft spot for Faye and the children of Lily and Avo Emeraldwing. The two not only view him as a hero, but also as an uncle. He is committed to mentoring them both and helping them become true knights.

Faye Rosadust

Age: 32

She/Her

Known as "The Bare Brawler", Faye Rosadust is a martial artist without equal. Trained by her father, himself a legendary martial artist, Faye prefers using her fists and feet to settle fights. When amped up, her fairy dust allows her to feel no pain making her a formidable opponent.

During the Great War, Faye aided the Tribe of Samaria in anyway she could despite being a civilian at the time. She met and later befriended Pujii Percifer, the two going on to play a key role in ending the war. Following the war, the two became lifelong partners both on the field of battle and in married life.

Given an honourary knighthood for her service, Faye now spends her days training her body and pushing it to the limits. It's fortunate her best friend is Viktare "Vikki" Gothsprite, the town doctor, who is always scolding her to be more careful, not that Faye ever listens to her.

Fakir Shywood

Age: 21

He/Him

An introverted young fairy with a natural gift for magic, Fakir Shywood is a soft-spoken and superstitious young man. Descended from the Ash Clan, a group of fairies who stayed neutral during the Great War, Fakir has inherited their introverted and superstitious nature from his overprotective mother. This has led him to dislike anything he perceives as unlucky be it breaking a mirror, walking under a ladder or the number 4.

As his magical powers have grown, Fakir has sought to leave his comfort zone and experience new things. Able to summon magical constructs with a simple wave of his wand, he was accepted into the Knights of Samaria readily and assigned to Pujii Percifer. Fakir hopes to find the luck needed to become a more courageous and daring person, but we're not holding our breath.
